Coming to Austalia

Four different ships arrived in South Australia carrying Priors.

Thomas's sons William (and wife Mary) and James arrived in Port Adelaide on the "Duchess of Northumberland"  on 29th October 1847.

Their parents, Thomas and Catherine arrived on the "William Money" in 1849 on January 3. They had the remainder of the family with them.

James Prior, the second son of John Williams Prior arrived on the "Nile" in February 1855, and John Williams Prior and family arrived on the "Gilmore" in July 1857.
