Prayers of a Working Man

Too often we have learned prayer is pious. Too often prayer is the pray-er preaching at us.

Prayer is to cry out. Prayer is to struggle and fail. Prayer is to be conscious of, and not to avoid our fear and failings. Prayer is the honest cry of the heart.

These are some prayers of a working man.
